Thanks to a providential late night phone call by Bethany to inform her of a chance to interview, Scout applied for a job at Jacob Lake for the coming summer. She got it. She squeals in delight whenever we mention it:)

Young Womanhood Award
Congratulations to Michex! She received her YW award a couple of weeks ago but I am a little slow in posting. Her picture is in yesterday's newspaper, however (3-7-09: Standard Examiner). Since she is not a senior yet, I didn't have a senior picture done for her either! Scout kindly took a few shots of her while I was at work. We sure are proud of her and think she's the most beautifullest Michex there ever was!
And...!
Both she and Scout were asked to the Junior Prom that will be on March 21st. Dress shopping was started and completed yesterday. Stay tuned :)
